If you’re building a custom accessory drive bracket, adjusting belt wrap, or fixing pulley alignment, the “secret” is usually simple: the correct spacer length.

SwS Motorsports idler bushings/spacers are machined from 6061 aluminum and offered in common default lengths or custom cut to your exact spec so your idler lands where it needs to—cleanly and repeatably.

IMPORTANT: How Length is Measured (Read This)

To avoid confusion, length is measured differently depending on what you purchase:

• Bushing/Spacer only: length is measured to the mounting flange.

• Bushing/Spacer + Idler Pulley: length is measured to the back edge of the idler pulley.

If you’re matching an existing setup, measure from your bracket face to the correct reference above based on which option you’re buying.
