Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Standard Orders:
Orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not been processed, shipped, or entered into production. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return and refund policy.

Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders may be canceled before production or fulfillment begins unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once materials have been ordered, manufacturing has begun, or the order has been allocated to a production batch, cancellation may be subject to a restocking or cancellation fee.

Estimated production and delivery dates for pre-order items are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, supplier, or shipping delays.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products:
Made-to-order, modified, machined, personalized, or custom products cannot be canceled once work or production has begun. Any non-refundable deposits, design fees, disassembly fees, or other charges disclosed at the time of purchase remain non-refundable.

Order Changes:
If you need to change a size, configuration, fitment, or other order option, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before fulfillment or production begins.

Shipped Orders:
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Eligible items may instead be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

SwS Motorsports reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfill it due to product availability, manufacturing issues, incorrect pricing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
